It was moved by Blomguist, seconded by layers that the rules requiring that the reading of a Bill on three separate days be suspended and Bill No. 2, be read the second time by title and the third time in full section by ssction�ii� and placed on the final passage. The Acting Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll on the above motion i with the following res,dt: Those voting in the affirmative waret Glais,yer, Burrell, Myers, Blomquist and i y d.d Fenrich. Negative: None. Absent and not voting: Harding. The Mayor declared the motion had passed by the necessary three - fourths majority and directed the Clerk to read Bill No 2, the second time by title and the third time in full sectian by section.
