That before the passage of said appropriation bill and before said levy be made, a public hearing be granted, and that said _3ublic h,raring upon said estimate and proposed appropriation bill is hereby celled and ordered to be held at the City Hall of said City at the hour of eight o'clock P. M., on the 18th day of July, 1949. Section 3. It was moved by Blomguist, seconded by layers that the rules requiring that the reading of a Bill on three separate days be suspended and Bill No. 2, be read the second time by title and the third time in full section by ssction�ii� and placed on the final passage. The Acting Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll on the above motion i with the following res,dt: Those voting in the affirmative waret Glais,yer, Burrell, Myers, Blomquist and i y d.d Fenrich. Negative: None. Absent and not voting: Harding. The Mayor declared the motion had passed by the necessary three - fourths majority and directed the Clerk to read Bill No 2, the second time by title and the third time in full sectian by section.
