adjourh to June 14th,1922.

OOUNCIL 0WBRRS,JUNE 14TS,1922.
The Council met in regular sessionpursuant to adjournment with Mayor Miller,presiding,
Counoilmen,Bollman, Kimbrough,Mumford, Oakes, and Rowland, present, and Westoott, absent.
Fred Mitchell again appiared for Keeler Bros. on the Bonds of Sewer Diet. #7.
A motion was made by Oakes, seconded Bollman, and carried, that the Finance Committee
should send Bonds Of Sewer Dist. #7 to First National Bank of Denver,Colorado, through
the First National Bank of Obldwell,Idaho.
A motion was made by Bollman, seconded by Rowland, and carried to allow Final
Estimate of•Morrison- Knudsen Co. and-have the Finance Committee secure the remaining
number of Bonds from the Pioneer Irrigation Distrdot. ,
A motion was made by0akes, seconded by Bollman, and carried, that the Council approve
the Wading PoU, as construoted in Memorial Park.
It was voted on motion of Qakea, seconded by Mumford, that the Mayor appoint a
committee of three to revise the license sections of Ordinance #111.The Mayor appointed
Oakes', Kimbrough, and Mmmford.
It was voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Oakes, that the Street Supt, be
instructed to clean out ditch near Mobergs and notify F.P.Kipp,to lower his ditch.
The following Resolution by Kimbrough, was offered.
Whereas, the lose in life and property from the careless and unrestrained firing of

Crackers each year before and after and during the celebration of Independence Day, is te a large
extenot unnecessary and due to a lack of proper regulation and control.,
Now,Therefore, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell:
That the firing of Crackers, Sky Rockets, and all other Eaplosivee within t#V Fire TA nits
of the City of Caldwell, shall be andis unlawful before 6 P.M. on the 3rd and after 6 A.19 on the
5th of July,1922.
It was voted on motion of Rowlando seconded by Oakes, that the above Resolution be a oepted.
It was voted on motion of Mumford, seconded by Oakes•, that the Counoi adjourn.

The mayor announced the appointment of T.W.Watkins to till the vacancy caused by the

ation of Baker. It was voted on motion of Weetoott,seconded by Rowland, that the Appointment
be
approved.
It was voted on motion of Westoott, seconded by Bollman, that the Surety Bond of the
Western National Bank in lieu of the personal -Bond held by the City be accepted on r000mf
endation
of Uumf or d,Chm. of the Finance Committee.
It was voted on motion of Bollman, seconded by Mumford, that th ouncil adjourn.

conscientiously, and has rendered valuable service a to the ottizens of Caldwell, and,
Whereas, he has found it necessary to tender hoe resignation of the said office,
