The Mayor called the meeting to order.
Those City staff members in attendance: Chief of Police Chris Allgood and City Attorney Mark Hilty.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE, SECTION 67 -2345, SUBSECTION 1(F) FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING LEGAL OPTIONS FOR CONTROVERSIES NOT YET BEING LITIGATED BUT
IMMINENTLY LIKELY TO BE LITIGATED.
MOVED by Blacker, SECONDED by Dakan to convene into an Executive Session at 1:04 p.m. pursuant to provisions of
Idaho Code 67 -2345, Subsection 1(f) for the purpose of discussing legal options for controversies not yet being litigated
but imminently likely to be litigated.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Blacker, Callsen, Dakan, Hopper, and Oates. Those voting no: none. Absent: Sobba.
Councilman Sobba entered the meeting after the roll call was called.
MOVED by Blacker, SECONDED by Callsen to reconvene into regular session.
MOTION CARRIED
Those voting yes: unanimous.

MOVED by Callsen, SECONDED by Blacker to adjourn at 1:59 p.m.
