RESOLUTION By Muff o rd. WHEREAS, it appears necessary to purchase cast iron water mains for the replace- ment of certain water mains within the C ity of Caldwell and there is a sum of $1800 now in the Waterworks Depreciation Fund and available to be used for the purch and payment of said pipe. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Caldwell is here- by authorized to draw a warrant in payment of the slid claim of the Pacific Cast Iron Pipe Co., for said pipe in the sari of $1800, and the Treasurer of the City of Caldwell be and he is hereby authorized to pay said warrant from the Waterworks Depreciation Fund when it Is presented for payment. A Yea and Nay vote was had thereon with the following result: Yea; Mumford, Babcock, Fenrich, and Hinds. Nay: None. Absent and not toting! Oakes and Boynton. Thereupon the Mayor declared the motionearried and the Resolution duly adopted. No further business appearing, it was moved by Binds, seconded by Fenrich that Council adjouxm. .Motion c arried. May r. City Clerk. COUNCIL CFAMDERS, JURE 10th., 1936, 2:00 P. M. A Special Meeting of the lity Council met in the Council Room with the Mayor, W. R. Hollingsworth, presiding. On 'loll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, F. ". Mumford, G. M. Fenrich and Norvil T. Hinds. Absent: W. S. Boynton and W. E. Babcock. The Mayor informed the Council that the meeting was called to discuss the matter of oiling Albany, Idaho.and Everett Streets Mr. Roberto, of the State Highway Department was present and informed the Mayor and Council that the City could use the Staters 011 Distributor, The Mayor asked the City Engineer to get a pried on the oiling of Albany, Idaho, and Everett Streets. 7r, Babcock entered and was marked present. A Special] Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room with the Mayor, W. x. Hollingsworth presiding. On Roll Call the following @ouneilmen answered present : - Edgar L. Oakes, W. S. Boynton, PJ. E. Babcock, G. M. Fenrich. Absent; F. D. Mumford and Norvil T. Hinds. The Mayor informed the Council that the meeting was called to take up the _ matter of the 1938 -1939 Budget for the City fy of Caldwell. I After a short discussion the meeting was adjourned to meet June 16th., 1938 at 8; P. M. -- r Mayor. City Clerk. COUNCIL CHAMBERS, JUTE 16th., 1938. .8;00 P. M.
