A aotiom was made by Mumford, second®d by Wheeler, that the rules requiring the reading of a bill on three separate days be suspended, and Bill'No. 4 be read the second time by title and the third time in fall and planed on its fital passage. The Mayor caused the Clerk to Gall the roll on the motion with the following result: AYES: CONLEI DUTTON IEWORD MCOONNEL AND IflMELER. NAYES : NONE. ABSENT: ZMMOUG$.
