motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Nuffidord, that in case the Chautauqua Association does not have
enough money to pay for this special, police, that the Emty defray the same up to 0 21.00
Il was voted on motion of gimbrough, seconded by Mamford, that Mayor appoint a colmtittee
of two tc investigate and report back to the Council as to need of placing light at 21st or 22nd
and .Blai e. Mayor appointed Wheeler & Feuling.
The following Resolttion was presented:
Whersa , the loss of life and property from the caveless and unrestrained firing of
Fireorao ers, and other noise making explosives each year before and after and during the
oelebrat on of INDEPENDENCE DAY is to a large extent unnecessary and due to a proper regg�ation

Now, lbaroioro, be it r.,,loved by the Mayor and Council of the ''ity of Caldwell, Idaho,
'tat t11 firing of Firecrackers, Skyrockets, and any and all other explosives within the
Fire Limits of the City of Caldwell,Idaho, shall be and Ske is hereby declared to be unlawful
