There being no further business to come before the Council, it was, on motion
duly geconded and carried, declared adjourned.

A Special Meeting of the City Council met oncall of the Mayor, with the Mayor,
E. L. Vassar, presiding.
On Roll Call, the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, C. E.
Bales,.G.,W. Montgomery, G. M. Fenrich endW. R. Hollingsworth. Absent W. S. Boynton.
Thereupon Ordinance presented by Bales and placed on reading for the first
time and was read at length by the Clerk.
W. S. Boynton entered and was marked present.
Thereupon the following motion was made by Hollingsworth, seconded by Montgom
that the rules be suspended and that the Ordinance be immediately passed on reading by
title the second time and third time in full.

Thereupon, on motion by Montgomery seconded by Hollingsworth the following
ion was made. Moved that the Ordinance be passed. A yea and nay vote was had on the

Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion duly passed and the Ordinance 'duly passed
adopted.
There being no further business to come before the Council, it was, an motion

A.Special Meeting of the City Council met with the following Councilmen present:
Edgar L. Oakes, C. E. Bales, W. S. Boynton, G. W. Montgom;ry, G. M. Fenrich and W. R.
Hollingsworth. Absent Mayor, E. L. Vassar. Due to the absence of the Mayor, Councilman
Edgar L. Oakes, as President of the Council presided.
The Council took up the consideration of the matter of the annual appropriation
bill.
ESTIMATE OF THE EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO
FOR THE YEAR 1934 -1935.
The following is an estimate prepared by the Mayor and City Council of the City
Of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, for the probable amount of money necessary for all
purposes to be raised by taxation in the City during the fiscal year beginning She first
day of May, 1934, including principal and interest due on bonded indebtedness and sinking
funds, intemizing and classifying the several branches of expenditures as nearly as may be,
