Caldwell Municipal Airport dated June 1, 1949, by Boyd Rill, Lee Cock and Rolland Parrott to W. S. Rodman,
Jr., of Boise, Idaho.
Upon Roll Call those voting in the affirmative weres Burrell, Myers, Blomquist, Fenrich and
Bettis. Negatives None. Absent and not votings Glaisyer.
Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted.

The Regular Monthly M -eting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the City Hall, with
the Mayor,Leo J. Mason presiding.
Unon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered presents Wm Glaisyer, L. E. Burrell, John Myers,
Fran Blomquist and Dale Fenrich. Absents J. M. Bettis.
Thereupon the following Resolution was presented to the Mayor and Council by Councilman Glaisyer,
who moved the adoption thereof which motion was duly seconded by Councilman Blomquist.
RESOLUTION
BY COUNCILMAN GLAISYER
WHEREAS, the sum of $10,020.73, was collected for the Proposed Local Improvement District # 18,
and
WHEKAS, the same was placed in the General fund of the City of Caldwell, under the instructions
of the City Auditor, until Local Improvement District # 18 is created , and
WHEREAS, on May lat. 1950. Ordinance No, 750, was passed and approved by the Mayor and Council
creating Local Improvement District # 18,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be authorized to transfer the above mentionedl
a. of money from the General Fund into the Local Improvement District # 18 Fund,
Upon Roll C it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Resolution duly adopted.
Mr. Lom Griffiths was present and requested a license to operate a portable stationary stand for
i
the sale of ice cream and soft drinks at the the City Park. This stand to be operated by his son Thomas
Dee Griffiths.
Moved by Blomquist, seconded by Burrell that this License be granted.
Upon 'toll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
The Bills for Lay were read and on motion by Glaisyer, seconded by Burrell that these -ills be
gllcwed and °'arrants ordered drawn for the various ac:ounts all. of which l••ad 'peen appro the 71.nance

Cleveland to Sixteonth
Avenue
on Sixteenth Avenue to Arthur Street out Arthur to Twenty -first Street.
Moved by Fenrich, seconded by Hlomquist that this request be granted provided the cutting and re-
placement of pavement be under the specifications of the City Engineer.
Upon Roll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business to come before the Council, it was moved
by Councilman Fenrich,
seconded by Councilman Blomquist that Council adjourn. Motion carried.
