:'pon motion by flyers, seconded by Fenrich the following Resolution was proposed :
BE IT RESOLVED JY TAI£ COWON COUNCIL AND MAYOR OF °1E CITY C' CALn'WELL, IDAHO, that from and after it
this da!e the Chief of Police of Caldwell, Idaho, be empowered to establish a restricted parking zone infra:t
of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce offices; specifically the 44 f et along the north curb line of !lain
Street innnediately east of the property line on the north east corner of the intersection of 9th Avenue and p
E,in Street in Caldwell, for the puroosa of convenient parking for out -of -town guests. Such curb line to bell
Painted yellow and appropriate signs !

Thereupon the Uayor declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted.

the south side of Main C.. +tween Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue and the West side of Seventh to the alley
between Main and Arthur.
