The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancolas at 6:25 p.m.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members present: Blacker, Oates, Callsen,
and Hopper. Those absent: Dakan and Sobba.
Staff members present: E1Jay Waite, Monica Jones, Larry Osgood, Mark Wendelsdorf, Brian
Billingsley, Chris Allgood, Dennis Cannon, and Jeff Strothman.
