L. Vassar, Fran Blomquist, I -lax Luby, Hnile Shorb, L. P. Fldredge and Leland T inley. The Mayor informed the Council the meeting would take up unfinshed business. The Bills for May were read and on motion by Vassar, Seconded by Eldredge these Bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the various amounts, all of which have been approved by the Finance I� Committtee. Councilman - ;Idredge: I feel the Planning ^ ommission :as out of line in recommending to the Council the change in zoning. This recommendation should have been made to the Board of Adjustment. Councilmen; Vassar. Blomquist, L> >by, Shorb and Finley in favor of re- zoning. Mayor: The Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment shol.�ld make recommendation to the Council for future developments. Robert Jackson discussed Water, Road, Engineer and Treatment Plant budgets.
