By PETE:OLESEN, A RESOLUTION GRANTING POWLR LINE EASEMENT TO IDATTO POWER COMPANY OVER UPON AND ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE4) OF THE �I SOUTHFAST QUARTER (SE?) OF TH.P: NORTHEAST QTTARTER (Nn ) OF SECTION FIFTEEN (35), TOT'AISHIP FOUR (4) NORTH, RAfTr_E THREE (3) C OT CANYON IDAHO, FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING AND MAINTAINING THEREON A POWER LINE, WHEREAS, it appears that it is necessary and proper that the Idaho Power Comp be' permitted to erect and maintain a power line across the above described premises, and that easement should be granted therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, that a power line easement be granted to the Idaho Power Company to erect and maintain a power line over, upon and adross the following described premises owned by the Sq5 City of Caldwell, and that the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Caldwell be, and they are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Caldwell a proper power line author- ized to execute on behalf of the City of Caldwell a proper power line easement therefor; Southeast Quarter (SRI) of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of the (NV Quarter ( of Section Fifteen (15)., Township Four (4) North, Range Three (3) W.B. THE PURPOSE OF BUILDINC AND MAINTAIrIINC T *HEREON A PO! ME LINE. Oakes & Co., After s through discussion it was moved by Cole,seconded by Kimbrough that a special permit for the construction of a machine shed and onion storage and dryer on Lots 16 to 22 inclusive, Block 56 Foot's Addition, be issued to Edgar L. Oakes 8: Co. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board it was moved by Cole, seconded by Hiner that Zoning Board Adjourn. Motion carried
