IDAHO, FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING AND MAINTAINING THEREON A POWER LINE,
WHEREAS, it appears that it is necessary and proper that the Idaho
Power Comp
be' permitted to erect and maintain a power line across the above described premises, and
that easement should be granted therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, that a power line easement be granted to the Idaho Power Company to erect
and
maintain a power line over, upon and adross the following described premises
owned by the

hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Caldwell a proper power line author-

The Meeting was called to take up the matter of a special permit for machine
shed and onion storage and dryer recuested by Edgar L. Oakes & Co.,
After s through discussion it was moved by Cole,seconded by Kimbrough that a
special permit for the construction of a machine shed and onion storage and dryer on Lots
16 to 22 inclusive, Block 56 Foot's Addition, be issued to Edgar L. Oakes 8: Co. Motion
carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board it was moved by
Cole, seconded by Hiner that Zoning Board Adjourn. Motion carried
