Oakes appeared-stating that a petition reguesting that Dearborn Street, between Kimball and 20th Avenues, be narrowed between the curb lines, would soon be filed with the City Council. The matter was referred to the road and park Committees. Kowalk complains of condition of ditch on le. -In. Mr. J. :'d. Kowalk appeared and complained of condition of ditch, located on Elgin Street.
