of the principal thereof, and repealing all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance", was read the first time.
A motion was made by Gartin that the rules be suspended and the readings on
three separate days be dispensed with and that Bill No. 54 be read the second time by
title and the third time in full and placed on its final passage. The roll being
called on the motion, the vote resultede
Ayes -- Clark, Devers, Farrar, Gartin, Harris, Paynter - -6.
Nays and absent - -O. So the motion prevailed

question, Shall Bill No. 54 pass? the roll being called, the vote resultede
Ayes -- Clark, Devers, Farrar, Gartin, Harris, Paynter--6.
Nays and absent - -0. So Bill No. 54 passed becoming Ordinance Fe. 169.
A motion was made by Farrar that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for
sale the Funding and Sewer Bonds ,just as 00011 as possible. The roll being called on
the motion, the vote resultede
Ayes -- Clark, Farrar, Harris, Paynter - -4.
Nays-- Devera. Absent -- Gartin. So the motion prevailed.
