EXECUTIVE SESSION
MAY 27, I997

The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Winder.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members present:
Houchins, Evans, Earl, Nancolas, Langan, and Wells. Absent: none.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION WITH REGARD TO PERSONNEL)
Pursuant to Idaho State Code, Section 67 -2345, an Executive Session was held at
7:00 p.m. on May 27, 1997, in the Mayor's Office at Caldwell City Hall for the
purpose of discussing personnel.
After discussion, the Executive Session was recessed at 9:30 p.m.
