Moved by Burrell, seconded by Blomquist the plans for a proposed Recreation Building be referred to the City Engineer for study. Upon Roll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried. COUNCIL CHulu ms, June 4th, 1956 8t00 P. M. The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the City Hall with the Mayor, Jason C. Smith presiding. Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered presents Fran Blomquist, L. E. Burrell, Goo Cleveland, Emile Shorb, L. P. Eldredge and J. M. Bettis. The Clerk presented to the Mayor and Council the Affidavit of Publication of the Notice of the passage of a Resolution declaring the intention of the City of Caldwell, Idaho to create and establish Local Improvement District No. 41. The Clerk presented to the Mayor and Council the Affidavit of Mailing said Notice of the passage of a R declaring the intention of the City of Caldwell, Idaho to cr ^_ate and establish Local Im— provement District No. hl, showing the same to have been mailed to all of the owners of property within the boundaries of said Local Improvement District No. 41.
