The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancolas.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members present: Blacker, Callsen,
Hopper, and Sobba. Those absent: Dakan and Oates.
SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS
Oppenheimer Development Group presented information concerning the Caldwell Catalyst Project
design options. He outlined the proposed thematic designs of the downtown to include the Civic Mall,
Community, and Historic areas. Discussion followed concerning the replication of design elements
from the original City Hall structure within the Catalyst Project.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE 67 -2345, SUBSECTION 1 (c) FOR THE
PURPOSE OF POTENTIAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION)
MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Blacker to convene into an Executive Session at 5:13 p.m.
pursuant to Idaho State Code 67 -2345, subsection 1(c) for the purpose of discussing potential property
acquisition.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Hopper, Callsen, Sobba, and Blacker. Those voting no: none. Absent
and /or not voting: Dakan and Oates.
MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Blacker to reconvene into the Special Meeting.
Those voting yes: unanimous.
(ADJOURNMENT)
The meeting was adjourned at 5:33 p.m.
