Moved by Eldredge, seconded by Burrell water bills, in the future, be cancelled for A' Emmett
Garland, Mary Richardson and Mrs. Lucy McKenna.
Upon Roll Call it appeared the motion ^ras unanimously carried.
Fran Dootan requested permission to place aweather reporting station on the roof of the Police
Station.
This rnuest was granted.
There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Councilman Bettis,
seconded by Councilman Burrell that Council adjourn. Motion carried.

The Council met pursuant to call and acknowledgement of notice in the following form:
CALL AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF NOTICE
We the undersigned Mayor and Members of the City Council of the Cit„r of Oa1 Idaho do earh
hereby acknowledge notice of a special meeting of said City Council to be held at the Saratoga Hotel, in:
the City of Caldwell, Idaho at the hour of 12 :00 o'clock A. M. on the 18th day of May, 3.956, for the trans-
