Lilly, presiding, on Roll Cell, the followin, ^ouncilmen answered present: M, S. S3ndmPyer, A. G. Keister, C. E. Bales, C. M. Johnston, Joe Dickens and E. L. VaRRPr. The Mayor etpted that the object of the meeting was to consider the Application of Fred Itobus to construct e, Service Station n,t his Tourist PRrk, and any other business that might legally beme before the meeting, The Clerk 'read the Application, and the 1Cayor asked if any one present wished to enter any proteaf to the buil. ne of slid Service Station. n ?o protest appearing, the following Resolution was nresPnterl by Sandmeyer: i RESOLUTION NO. 11 By Sandmeyer. WM- REAS, Fred Mobus, heretofore, made application for permission to erect and con- struct a Service Station within the city limite of tbP City of Caldwell, Idaho, outside the limits prescribed by Ordinance ro. 468, and THEREAS, the said Fred Mobus has fully complied with all the 'require ments said Ordinance ro. 469, and THERMAS, Notice and hearing havin,T been riven and had on said matter, pursuant to said Ordinance and the Mayor and Council b ving duly considered all matters arising on said hearing and being fully advised, in the premiRee; ATOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor an d Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, as follows: Section 1. That Fred IZobus be and he hereby is granted e permit to erect and construct an automobile service station to be located on Lots Fifteen t0 Twenty -four ( 15 to 24 ) inclusive on Blocic Sixty -six (66), Devers Addition to the City of Caldwell, I Idaho, on the Tonerty of said rpolic -nnt. Said structure will occupy the space 10 X 24 feet, ( 10 R 24 ) Dorcas one end of a fray structure wbi.ch is 24 X 32 feet in size, Said part to be occupied and. used for station will be of frarne with concrete floors, and the business will be that of automobile service 'at a.tLon including the retail of gasoline and oils. After the reeding of the above Resolution, it was moved by Sa.ndmeyer and seconded by Johnston that the above Resolution be adopted, On Roll Call, those voting in favor were; SandnPver, Keister, Bales, Johnston, Dickens and Vassar.
