Moved by Newman, seconded by Dakan that S. g. LAMKIN, be appointed FOREMAN of
GOLF COURSE. Motion c arried.

Moved by Bryant, seconded by MCDannel that the Comprehensive Liability InaTrance
e awarded to the Mitchell Agency the lowest bidder, also, that five percent of the profit
e given the Mitchell Agency for servicing the policy and the balance of the profit to be
ivided the Mitchell Agency, A. I. Myers, Mrs. Emma Thompson, Walker Agency, Canyon Abstract
Title and the Riner Agency.
There being no further business to come b afore the Council it was moved by Dakan,
sconded by Newman that Council adjourn, illy :11th., 1942 at S otclock P. M.

n Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Thurlow Bryant, Wilbur Dakan, E.E.
rasher and C. 0. McDannel. Absent; F. E. Newman: and Floyd Blunt.
The Mayor informed the Council the meeting wascallod to discuss the budget', far
the coming year.
After di the - budget it was moved by Bryant, seconded by Dakan that Council
adjourn to meet May 20th., 1942 , at 6:00 o P, M. "otion carried.
