The Regular Mmthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the Lity Hall, with
I the Mayor 0. L. Crookham, Jr., presiding.
On Ro11 Call the following Councilmen answered presents J. R. Sloop, L. E.Burrell, Pete Olesen,
and R. H. McNeill.
The Bills for April were read and on motion b y Sloop, seconded by Burrell that these Bills be

allowed and Warrants ordered drawn for the various amounts all of which had been apRrocsd by the Finance

I Upon Motion by Sloop, seconded by Burrell, the following Resolution was propoaeda ;1
RESOLUTION
By CDunoilman Sloop.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and all of the members of the Council did not accept payment of compensation
�`for services rendered during the month of February 19479 and in effect, refunded the amount thereof to the
(City of Caldwell, Idaho.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of compensation payable to the Mayor and all of the members of

the Council for the month of February 1947 beapplied in payment of the costa and expenses incident to the
municipal Bond Election held on March 11, 1947.
In response to Roll Call on the above motion, Councilman voting"Ayelt were: Sloop Burrell,Olesen, i l l s
and McNeill. ItNayt None. Absent and not voting: None.
Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the resolution adopted.
There being no further business to come boi'ore the Council :it was moved by 07esen, seconded by
j Burrell that Council adjourn, Motioncarried.
