COUNCIL CHAMBERS CITY OF CALDWELL'j IDAHO. MAY 5th. 1919
Council met in regular session with Mayor Lilly presiding, the
following Councilmen were present: A J Millar'. F R Miller, F Mitchell, Chas Sanberg
and 17 Grant Ward.

The minutes of last regular and special sessions were read and on motion
Sanberg seconded by A J Miller.was approved.
Bills presented.
The following bills were presented and on motion Sauberg seconded by
Dickens same were allowed and Clerk instructed to issue warrants on respective
funds for same:

Drainage
Mayor Lilly stated that he had called upon Mr Bond Project Manager of the
U 3 R S regarding drainage on the North Side of town and thought the time was
opportune for thking the matter up with the Reolamation Service and am motion of
Mitchell seconded by F R Miller the Council went on record as favoring same.
=remarks by retiring Mayor.
There being no further business to come before the Council Mayor Lilly in
a few well chosen remarks thanked the members of the Council for thprs untiring
efforts in the,-Management of Civic affairs and for their hearty co- operation.
Adjournment
Om motion councilman Mitchell seconded W Councilman Sanberg the
the Council adjourned and the newly elected members proceeded to organize with
Mayor W Grant Ward presiding. Upon roll being called the following councilmen were
found present: Joe Dickens, S Ben Dunlap. F T FBuling, H H Hayman, Frank Moore
and A F Sutton.
Committee Appointments.
The Mayor announced the following committee appointments:

On motion of Councilman Dunlap seconded by Councilman Dickens the appointments
were confirmed.
The Mayor then made the following appointments:

On motion of Dickens seconded by Dunlap same were unanimously confirmed.
The Bond. of 'ITi S Maxey City Clerk in the sum of 00,000.00 was presented and
on motion of Dickens same was accepted.
The Finance committee was directed to have Depository Banks execute new
Bonds. Motion Dickens seconded by Sutton Council adjourned
