COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
May 4th.1931.
8 O'clock. P. M.
Oounoil -met in regular session,pursurant to law with Mayor M000nnel
presiding,and Oouncilman,Bollman, Dickens ,Oordon,Johns,Leighty,and 8andmeyer
present. Absent none.
Owing to the absence of the City Olerk the Mayor appointed
YP.O.Dyer Acting Clerk, and announced the Council was in session for the oonsideratA
ion of any business which might lawfully come before it.
The minutes of Apr11,30th were read by the clerk. It was moved by
Bandmeyer seconded by Bollman the minutes be approved as read.
Motion carried.
Mayor McGonnel thanked the Acting City Clerk Counoilman,eandmeyer,Bollmen,
Cordon,Diokens,Leighty,and Johns and City Atty.Mr.M.B.Eustace,for hearty
co - operation in the handling the affairs of the City Baring the term just closing
also all the City employees,including the Chief of the Fire department,and all
connected with the City affairs. Congratulated Mayor elect Lilly,
Councilman elect,of the First,Seoond,and Third Wards, Councilman Sandmeyer
thanked all of the City eployees,for assisting his during the two years
just closed.
Moved by Bollman seconded by Johns the Council adjorn,sine -die.
Motion carried.
