Boyes presiding, Councilmen Orville R. Ackley, James A. Dement Jr., James H. Forbes, Fred N. Harrington, Herbert H. Hayman and Fred L. Lilly, present, S. Ben Dunlap, Clerk, when the following business was transacted: The Clerk reported that the following had filed their official oath of office; Fred C. Boyes, Mayor, S. Ben Dunlap, City Clerk and Ex- officio Police Judge, Guy C. Mc Gee, City Engineer and James A. Dement Jr., Fred L. Lilly, James H. Forbes, Herbert H. Hayman, Orville R. Ackley and Fred N. Harrington as Councilmen. The bond of S. Ben Dunlap in the eum of $3,000.00 as City Clerk and Ex- officio Police Judge in the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company was, on motion of Ackley, approved and accepted. It was voted, on motion of Hayman, that Council adorn until Monday evening, May 10th., 1915, at 7:30 o'clock. Attests e City C1erK. Council Chamber, City or Caldwell, Idaho, May 10th., 1915. Council meet in regular seoslun pursuant to adjornment with Mayor F. C. Boyes, prasiding, Councilmen Ackley, Dement, Forbes, Harrington, Hayman and Lilly, present, S. Ban Dunlap, Clerk, when the following business was transacteds The Mayor announced the following committees: 1 - Financo -- Hayman, Harrington 2 - Streets -- Forbes, Lilly 3 - Water Works -- Forbes, Lilly 4 - Fire and Buildin g-- Ackley, Dement 5 - Park -- Ackley, Dement 6 - Cemetery-- Heyr„an, Harrington. It was voted upon motion of Ackley, that the appointments as a whole be confirm= ad. The Mayor then announced the fullowing appointments: 1 - Chief of Pollee, John A. Baker 2 - Night Policeman, Dan Shuee 3 - Water Commissioner, Harry Smith 4 - Street Commissioner, D. D. Campbell 5 - City Attorney, T. A. Walters 6 - Sexton, John Rose. 7T n
