Council met in regular session [Mayor Uiller presiding. Present Bollman,
Kimbrough, Mumford, Oakes, Rowland and Westcott.
The letter from out going Mayor Grant Ward,to inooming Mayor Amos J. Biller
was read.
motion by Westcott seconded by Oakes Council adjourned to May 4, 1921. _

Council met in regular session, Mayor Miller presiding. Present Bollman.
Kimbrough, Mumford, Oakes, Rowland and Westoott.
Mayor Miller appointed chairman of committees as follows;
Rowland, Sewer, Irrigation, and Drainage.
Westoott, Roads.
Mumford, Finance.
Kimbrough, Fire department, and City Ralf.
Oakes, Park and Cemetery.
Bollman, Water Works.
Westeott brought out the fact that the crate of action for protest made by the
Boise Valley Traction Company againot the Sprinkling for the year of 1920 would
aspire on May lh, 1921. H. E. Dalton renrosentative of the Traetion Company wished
to know what the City was going to do about the same.
Motion by Kimbrough seconded by Rowland that this matter be referred to the City
Attorney and chairman of the street committee with power to act.
Ayes; Bollman, Kimbrough, Idumford, Oakes, Rowland and Westeot't.
Hayes; None.
Motion by Westcott seconded by Bollman, that the City call for Sprinkliug, per
man and team nor hour.
Ayes; Bollman, Kimbrough, Mumford, Oakes, Rowland and Westoott.
Nayes; None.
Motion by Kimbrough seconded by Llumford I:^.ayor aprot:nt committee of three on salaries
and combination.
Ayes; Bollman, Kimbrough, Mumford, Oakes, Rowland and Westcott.
Nayes; None.
Mayor appointed following; Westcott, Oakes and 1.Iumfcr,1.
W. H. Blunt, President of the Commercial Club asked for support in obtaining a
parking place for farmers teams. Mayor appointed Committee of Rowland Bollman, and
Kimbrough.
Howard Snell presented aprlicati.on for audit of books of city.
