Thereupon by motion of Mason, secunded by Olesen it was resolved that lease to the Caldwell
Box Manufacturing Co., as so submitted be approved and the hayor and Clerk be authorized to execute that
lease in the nags and on behalf of the City of Caldwell.
In Response to Roll Call upon said motion, Councilmen voting "Aye" were: Sloop, Olesen, Burrell,
Mason and Thornock. Play: Absent and not voting: ?.fcP]eill.
-- Thereupon the 6iayordaclared the motioncarried and the Resolution adopted.
Arpiieations 1'or Card ,Room License were read kom 'iValdorf Cigar - Rummy House, art Eilliner
Inn and F. Y Ylilson, the fee accompanying each application.
Application for Paol Pool Room License was raadfrom Waldorf Cigar Store, the fee accompanying the
application.

Moved by Sloop, seconded by Olesen that claim of Henry Norn be approved and the City Clerk be
authorized to issue warrant. Notioncarried.
There being no firther business to come before the Council, it was moved by Councilman 6:as n,
seconded by Councilman Thornock that Council adjoirn. motion carried.

Upon motion of Councilmai Thornock, seconded by Councilman Ole�en, the following resolution was

the LAyor of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, a-nending Section 4 - 102 of the Caldwell Code of 1942 to alter the
boundaries of "A" Residence Zone of the pity of Caldwell, Idano, by excluding therefrom the lollowing
