Allison offered to remove the old water tank. belonging to the City upon condition that he be allowed to take the material therefrom in payment for his services in this connection. It was voted on motion of ^ ouncilman Sanberg, ®aconded Councilman Hayman, that Mr. Allison's offer be aocepted. It was voted on motion of Councilman Sanberg that council adjorn until Monday evening April 30th., 1917, at 8 o'clock P. U. Mayor of the dity of 1dwel , Id�o. The following business was transacted: The returns from the First and Second 'cards of the 1 .1unicipal election held April 24th., 1917, were presented; It was voted on motion of Dement that the Clerk be instructed to note in the minutes that the returns were properly sealed. Communications from the election officials of the First and Second wards, under date of April 27th., 1917, with reference to manner of counting votes, and ballots which had been unaccounted for, were read and ordered placed on file.
