Pursuant to adjourment of adjourned meeting of April 26th., the Council met in the

=oil Rooms of the City Hall, with the Mayor Emery L. Vassar, presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, F. D. Mum -
ford, G. M, Fenrich, W. R. Hollingsworth and G. W. Montgomery. Absent: W. S.Boynton;
The Mayor and Council sitting as a Board of Canvassers proceeded to canvass.

Thereupon on motion W Oakes, seconded by Mumford, it was declared by the Mayo:
and City Council that the above tabulation of votes and totals were the number of votes
cast by the said election held April 27th, 1937 in the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
Thereupon on notion of Montgomery, seconded by Fenrich it was ordered and de-
clared and this doe's order and d eclare by the Mayor and City Council of Caldwell, Idaho
that the following named persons are herevy declared elected to the following' named
offices, to serve for the ensuing biennium, or until the election and' qualification of
their successors, to -erit: Mayor W. R. Tollingsworth', City Clerk, O.E. Fritts, City
Treasurer, H.E. Permenter, Couhcilmen from the First Ward, Edtar L. Oakes, and F. D.

Mumfaid, Councilmen from the Second ,'lard, W.S.Boynton and FL. E. Babcock, Councilmen from
the Third Ward, Norvil Hinds and G. M. Fenrich, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Council of the City of Caldwell issue to each of
said persons a certificate of election in due form for each of their respective offices.
s Mr. H. Y7. Meacham appeared and stated the Idaho Po:;er Co., would cooperate with
the Parking Committee and where possible eleminate all the guy wires.
No further business appearing before the Council it was moved by Oakes, seconded
by Mumford that Council adjourn. Motion carried.

The Minutes of April 5th., 26th., and 29th, w read and approved as read.
The Bills for .,pril were read and on motion by Montgomery, seconded by Hollings -
vworth that these Bills be allowed and warrants be ordered drawn for the various amounts
all of ehich had been approved by the Chairman of the r'inance Committee.
