HomeMy WebLinkAbout1935-04-25city council minutesThereupon on motion of Hollingsworth duly seconded by Oakes, it was declared by the Mayor and City CiUnoil that the above tabulation of votes and totals were the number . of votes cast by the said election held April 23, 1935 in the City of Caldliall, Idaho. I Thereupon on motion by Fenrich, duly seconded by Boynton it was ordered W::d I ` i declared and this does order and declare, by the Mayor and City Councii of Caldwell, Idaho that the following named persons are hereby declared elected to the following named offices, to serve for the ensuing biennium, or until the election and qualification of their suo- cessors, to -wit: Mayor, Emery L.Vassar; City Clerk, O.E.Fritts; Treasurer, Harry E. Parmenter; Councilmen from First Ward, Edgar L.Oskes and Frank D. MumSoad, Councilmen from Second Ward, W S.Boynton and G.W. Montgomery; and Councilmen from Third Ward, W. R. Ho11i�s- worth and G. Mi Fenrich, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Council of the City of Caldrall issue,to each of !said persons a certificate of election in due form for each of their''respectise offices.
