The Mayor stated that the object of the meeting was to appoint a Registrar in
each Ward.
First Ward -- Mrs. Goldie Labbee
Second Ward -- Mrs.Ethel Ward
Third Ward -- Mrs.R.R.Tewell
Moved by Mumford, seconded by Oakes that these appointments be approved.
