The reading of the minutes of the previous month were read and approved. The City Engineer reported favorably on the building of Sidewalk on the South side of Blaine St between 20th and 81st Ste. Amos J.Miller, Ohm. on gomnittee on allowing the Finley Advertsing Co, to place a poster on Indian Creet,reported unfavorably .It was voted on motion of r4mbrough, seconded by Row- land, that the rwpprt be aocepjred.
