Permission was given to place such sign board under the supervision of the Park Committee.
Councilman Mumford called attention to opening Nineteenth between Everett and
?iilmore Streets. The matter was referred to Dutton to investigate and report.
It was voted on motion of Dutton, seconded by LIumford, that Council adjourn to
April 16, 1928.

Council,met in regular Session persuant to adjournment of April 2, 1928, with
Mayor Dunlap presiding, and Councilmen Dutton, Hoffman, Jackson and McOonnel, present.
Davis and Mumford, absent.
The Mayor instructed the Clerk to open bids for the construction of the Bridge
across Indian Creek on Sixth (6) Street. Thdre being but one bid, that of J. H. Forbes,
construction price, X1,912.60.
It was voted on motion of MoConnel, seconded by Hoffman, that the bid be placed
on file and considered at next meeting.
The clerk read the monthly reports of the City Clerk, Treasurer, Sexton, Fire
Chief and Gasoline Record, and the sere ordered placed on file.
It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by Hoffman, that Council adjourn to
April 30, 1928.

. Council met in regular session persuant to adjournment of April 16, 1928, with
Llayor Dunlap presiding, and Gounailmen Dutton, Hoffman, Jackson, Ma Gonnel and Mumford,
present. Absent, Davis.
T. 14. ilichol, in behalf of the Caldwell Realty Board, appeared before the
Council asking that some arraugements be made whereby a small store could be established
in the Tourist :ark, carrying groceries and lunch supplies for the aceomodation of Touristi
and incidentally literatdre advertising Caldwell and vacinity. It was suggested that
the matter be taken up with the Retail 11archants Association to get their attitude in the
matter.
