City of Caldwell, Idaho, do each hereby acknorded,�e notice of a saecial
meeting of said City Council to be held at the co.mcil chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Caldwell, Idahi, at the hoar of 6 o'clock P. F:., on the
15th, day of apr11, 1946, for the transaction of all business in connection
with the follo�:ing object: The cinsicderation of Airport Agreement, Box Factory
Lease and 7. E. (rasher Lease, which object has been submitted to each of the
undersigned in writing.

Thereupon by motion of b:ason, seconded by Oleaen it was resolved that lease to the Caldwell
Box Eanufacturing Co., as so submitted be ap,roved and the Gayer and Clerk be authorized to execute that
lease in the name and on behalf of the City of Caldwell.

application.
Moved by Burrell, seconded by Eason that these licensea be granted. Motion carried.
Moved by Sloop, seconded by Jlesen that claim of Henry Horn be approved and the City Clerk be
authorized to issue v +arrant. Lotion carried.
