The ouncil met in regular session, pursuant to adjournment, with Mayor Kaley, presiding,
Councilmen Conley, Dutton, Kimbrough, Rumford, MoConnel,ai2d Wheeler, present, at 8 P.M.

OOMMISSIONERZ OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO AND OLAF NELSON, OR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PAVEMENT ON THE CALDWELL SECTION OF OLD OREGON TRAIL FEDrRAL AID PROJECT NO. 86B"

awarded a contract for the construction of pavement on the Caldwell Section of Old Orego
Trail �sdewal Aid Project No. 86B, to Olaf n elson, of Logan, Utah, subject to the appro al by
the City Council of the City of Oaldwell,Idaho; and,
WHEREAS, at a duly and legally ad,ourned session of the City Council of Caldwell, held on
the 27th day of March, 1926,eaid Council 1 a resolution ooncurring in said award of said
contract to said Olaf 'alson; and,
WHEREAS,the Commissioner of the 'apartment of Public Works of the State of Idaho,hs enbbred

the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, to approve said contract and• to sign sui h

directed, for and on behlaf of the City of Caldwell,Idaho, to execute the approval of the Council
