The City Clark reported that there had been no objections to creating Becal Lateral Sewer Imp- r till rovement District Mo.10, this being the date eat for hearing protests against the same. Fred McConnel reported that it was his opinion that a ditch running from $he °top pf Itte marlatt.Hill on a section line to the outlet of Sewer Dist.3o.9 should bA oonstruoted. It was voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Mumford, that the Mayor appoint a committee of four, i uding himself and the City Engineer to, investigate the same. The mayor, appointed Rowland and Testc ott. City Attorney uriffith reported that 8esler Bond Co.had again requested the Amending of Bond Ordinance #366 for Sewer District 30.7. It was voted on motion of Oaken, seconded by weatoo t, that the City Attorney notify them that the Council had not changed their mind. Weetoott reported that he had agreed to pay the taxes on lots 1 -6 inolusive Block origins ion to Caldwell as per M.M.RObertson's offer. It was voted on motion of Bollman, m86onded b that the repo ;t be accepted. T.E.Buekner, represneting certain livestock men, entered a strong protwst against the p of Bill 1o.13. E.M.Cory reported that the City of Elgin,Oregon bad offered 60 for the Rpse Cart, whim obsolete. It Wag voted on motion of Bollman, seconded by that the Fire Chief be pe to sell the Hose Cart. The City Engineer and Finance Committee filed a written report, stating that Morrison -in e had #42,977.16 in Bawer #9 Warrants. that in their Opinion�Bonds Shouldbe turned over to th lieu of warrants for ell estimates to April Srd,1922.It was voted on motion of Oakee,eemond Simbroagh that the report be accepted and that the Finance Committee be Instructed to have for delivery the bonds to that amount in this district.
