Council meet in regular session, pursuant to adornment, with Uayor Fred C. Boyes, presiding, Councilmen present, Ackley, Dement, Forbes, Farrington, Hayman and Sanberg, S. Ben Dunlap, Clerk, when the following business was transacteds The matter of the petition of the Boise- Payette Lumber, asking that the alley in Block 73 Original twonsite be vacated by the City, presented at the last ffieeting and referred to the Street Committee for investigation, was taken up. Hon. S. 0. Rios, Attorney for the lumber Company appeared and presented a memorandum of agreement, entered into April 19 1916, by and between Boise- Payette Lumber Company and the Caldwell Ice and 0818 Storage Company, and by the terms of which, the Caldwell Iee and Cold Storage Company consented to the granting of the petition by the City Council. Councilman Forbes of the Street Committee submitted the following written report on the matters 9 �I
