Rirhts- of -;YWP7 for the sewer line b etwsen Albany and Belmont Streets extending from Boise
Avenue to Boise River, a Right -of -Way had not been s ecured across Mr. Booth$a property
and Mr. Allen's property and it was necessary that the said Right -of -play be secured and
settled for before the sewer could be completed, and,
1 the Mayor made arrangements for the securing of said Right -of -Way and
the settlement of the same at the expense of the City of �h and an equal expense to the
Idaho Meat Producers Association, and,
WHEREAS, W. P. A. Project for the constructing of said sewer lino is to L o close
at an early date and if it should be closed there wo be several hundred dollars ad-
ditional expense to the City in completing the construction of said sewer which would
otherwise be financed by the W. P. A. Project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that theaction of the Mayor in settling of the
said Right -of Ways be and the same is hereby approved.
A Yea a nd Nay vote was had thereon with the following result:
Yea: Oakes, Mumford, Boynton, Fenrich, Babcock and Hinds.
Nay: None.
Absent and not voting: Norte.
P3hereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the preambl3 and resolution
duly adopted.
The matter of tax cancellation for Mr. Tatum was taken up again and the Council
decided not to cancel until Mr. Tatum was ready to build.
Mr. Groome brought up the subject of his appearance irr. answer to suits for
quieting title and it was moved by Oakes,seconded by Mumford that Mr. Groome look into
those different actions and appear in behalf of the Cith when necessary. Motion carried.
There bein- no further business to come before the Council it was moved by
Oakes, seconded by Mumford that Council adjourn. Motionrearried.

The Minutes of March 7th., and 29th., were read and approved as read.
Mr. Bunt being present brougl�t,up an old matter of piping irrigation wafer alone
his property.
Mr. Ho111ngsy ;orth -advised Mr. Bunt that the StreotCbmmittee and the City Enginee
would look over this situation.
Mr. Don Spaugy of Boise explainted the workings of tze W, P. A. Recreational
project and Geo Stovel explained the facilities at tine Collc; of Idaho, Mr. Hollings
worth advised that a meeting of the different orginizations would be called and some
project outlined.

seconded by Babcock that a basement be dug where the barn is now located and house moved

Whereupon the matter of fees to be charged for use of the Golf Course was dis-
cussed -nd after due consideration the followin; preamble and resolution was presented by
Council Babcock who moved the adoption thereof vi#ich motion was duly seconded by Cotmcilm
T9umford.

1 -REAS, It is necessary to establish a schedula of fees to be collected from t
patrons of the Solf course,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following schedule of .fees be and they
are hereby authorized and approved by the T,4ayor and c ouncil to be collected and paid into
the City Clerk of the City of Caldwell as the same are collected for the fees of said
Golf Course from the patrons t'_ereo£ to -wit:

25 cents for each 9 holes.
1 4.00 per month for individuals
A15.00 for season members'i.ip for individuals

18 cents green fee for student on week days only,
until noon.
A Yea and h ay vote was had thereon with the following result:
Yea: Plum ord, Boynton, Penrich, Babcock and Hinds.
Nay. None.
Absent and not voting: Oakes..
Thereupon the N declared the motion c arried and tin Resolution duly adopted.
There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Hinds,
seconded by Fenrieh that Council adjourn. Motion carried.

A Special Veeting of the Cit-7 Co -,ncil met in the Council Boom with the Fayor,
W.R. Hollinr presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, G. 19.
Fenrieh, W.S. Boynton, V.E. Babcock and Norvil T. Hinds. Absent: F.D. Mumrord.
Mr. V. 0. Cox appeared before the Council in regard to Weed Control.. TJoved
by Oakes, seconded by Babcock that this matter be referred to the City Engineer and the
Street Committee with power to act. Mot ion carried.
Mrs. E. L. Crawford petitionod the Council for cancellation Of. Assess-
ments on Lots 13 and 14 of Block 101 of Goandu Addition to the "ity of Caldwell, Canyon
County, Idaho. The 1 1'ayor informed Mrs. r. L. Crawford that when she took out a building
permit the taxes would be cancelled.
Thereupon hr. P. A. Project # for the Airport was presented to the Mayor
and Council for their consideration and after due Consideration the following resolution
was presented by Councilman 7enrich, who moved the adoption thereof, which motion was
seconded by Councilman. Babcock.
