Almond Stf.te Medical Advisor, stating that in his opinion there could be no harm done in the emptyinF7 of Sewer District No. 7, into the Government Drain ditch if Septic tanks was installed. On motion of Hayman, seconded by Sutton, the report and recommendation of the Sewer Committee was duly approved and the City Engineer and Bawer Committee were directed to gauss a septic tank to be constructed and installed at the outlet of the sewer system in Sewer District No. 7, in oomplience'with the plane and specifications submitted with said report, and on Pile in the office of tha City Clerk, at a cost not to exceed 0800.00. Motion Hayman, seconded by Sutton, That cash bid of Hartenbower Brothers of $15,135.80 for the construction of Sewer District 7, be accepted. Carried.
