1 hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at 9 Special meeting of
the Board of Councilmen of the City of Caldwell, held PTarch 24th, 1947,
Upon Roll Call it appeared that the motion w
- es unanimously carried.
Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted.
There being no further business to come before the Council it wassmved by
Councilman McNeill seconded by Councilman Burrell that Council adjourn. Motion carried.

The minutes were read and approved as read.
The Bills for March were read and on motion by Sloop, seconded b7 Burrell
that these bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the various amounts all of
which had been approved by the Finance Committee. Motion carried.

Upon motion of Councilman Furrell, seconded by Councilman Sloop, the following
resolution aas proposed:
RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, on the 19 day of Februarl 1947, the Eagles Lodge filed appli-
cation for Locker Club License and with that application paid a license fee of 1'.500.00
and deposited A cash bond of 02,000.00; and
WHEREAS Eagles Lodge never operated a Locker Cluh under the license so granted,
has requested a revocation of the license and a return of the cash bond;
BE IT RESOLVED That said license be revoked, the license fee of `500.00 returned,
and the cash bond returned to Ealles Lodro,
