Bill No.11 was read for the second and third times and on the question, as put by the I yor, shall Bill No.11 pass? the roll being called on the same, the result was as follows: A"8:FEULIXG, HAMION, Y,IIJBROUGH,I,NIIFORD, ROBB, & WHE'LER.
