The Council met in re ular session at 8 P.M. with Mayor Smeed, presiding, Councilmen,
Harmon,Y.imbrough, Mumford, Robb & Wheeler, present.
It was voted on motionof Wheeler, seconded by Ymbrough, that warrant for 4243.15 be m1de out
in favor of So.Idaho Power& «Light Users Association.
Minutes of previous session were read and approved.
Bill No.11 was read for the second and third times and on the question, as put by the I yor,
shall Bill No.11 pass? the roll being called on the same, the result was as follows:

HAYES AlTD ABSENT: NOTTE. So the 1,1eyor declared the Bill had passed and now became Obdulnance #391.
Thb Clerk was instructed to make proper entry of the same and have the same published in the
Caldwell `ribune, the Official Newppaper of Caldwell,Idaho.
It was voted on motion of Harmon, eeoonded by Mumford, that the appointment of Dr.A. J.I) chinas
as Dairy Inspector by the Uayor, be confirmed.
