The Clerk was instructed to call for bids for rent of pasture lots 9 and 10.
Moved by Dunlap seconded by Fouling that Council adjourn.
Ayes, Dunlap, Fouling, Moore.
Nayes, Hayman,Sutton, Westcott.
This resulting in a tie the Mayor voted "no" , motion lost.
Moved by Dunlap seconded by Fouling that motion of Westcott be tabled.
Ayes, Dunlap, Fouling.
Nayes, Heyman , Moore, Sutton,Westcott.
The vote on the Westcott motion was,
Ayes, Hayman, Moore;.Sutt.on,,,4nd= Westcott.
Nayes, Dunlap, 'Feanag.
On motion Westcott secondes by Sutton,
Mrs. M. K. Madden was appointed Regestrar in seconded Ward in place of Mrs. L. F.
McNitt, resigned.
Motion Westcott seconded by Sutton, that Council adjourn.
Ayes, Dunlap, Fouling, Sutton, Wastoott.
Nayes, Hayman, Moore.

Council met in spacial session as per Mayors call which was read.
Mayor Ward presiding.
Present Dunlap, Fouling, Moore, Sutton, Westcott.
Absent, Hayipan.
Ordinance No. 356, Entitled amending section llof Ordinance 165, defini4g the
salary of the City Treasurer was read the first time.
Motion made by Moore seconded by Sutton ,
That the rules requiring the reading of an Ordinance on three separate dates
be suspended and that Ordinance be read the second time by title and the third
time in full and place on its final passage , on the roll being called on the motion
the vote was,
Ayes, Dunlap, Feeling, Moore, Sutton, Wastoott.
Absent, Hayman.
The Clerk thereupon read the Ordinance the second time by title and the third
time in full and the Mayor announced the question shall Ordinance No. 356 pass?
The vate was
Ayes, Dunlap, Feeling, Moore, Sutton, Westoott.
Absent, Hayman.
On motion by Sutton council adjourn.
