COUNCIL CHAMBFRS,' APRIL 5th, 1943, 3:00 P.TA. Mayor. The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the City Hall with the Mayor, E.E. McCluskey presiding. On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Thurlow Bryant, Wilbur Dakan, F.E. Newman, Floyd Blunt, E.E.Frasher and C. 0. McDAnnel. The Miputes of March Ist, 17th., and 29th., were read and approved as read; The Bills for March were read and on motion by Bryant, seconded by Dakan that these Bills be allowed and Warrants be drawn for the various amounts all of which had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
