There fi being a quorum present, it was goted on motion of Dutton, seconded by Conley,
that the Council adjourn to Wednesday, April 7th, 1926 at B P.M.

ABSENT; KIIBROUGH AND WHEELER. Tie Mayor declared the Motion had passed and Resolution No. 19
adopted. _
Mr.,02ol Belson appeared before the Council and asked the Council to reconsider its action

desiring hl- to start work first on the Paving at the Bridge on the Boise River.
It was voted on motion of MoConnel, seoondad by Mumford, that the Council rewind its action
requesting the State Highway 'Oepartment to begin work at the noise River Bridge, so that Mr. Bel-
son could itart on the southeasterly end.
It was voted on motion of Conley, seconded by Dutton, that the City enter into a contract
with Mr. N leon at the minimum rate of 15 ote per owt cubic feet thrdugh a meter, the City to
bear the onponse of the in#tallation of the meter, for watee, used on the paving through the
City of Oa dwell.
Mr. 0. .Tucker requested the City not to sprinkle the street on 10th south from the Alley
between Ev nett and Fillmore and to Grant St., as there were no houses there. This °l atter was
