COUNCIL CHAMBERS CALDYIELL, APRIL 4, 1921.
Mayor Ward Presiding;
Present Dunlap, Fouling, Hayman, Moore, Sutton, Westoott.
Reverends Mead and Hawkes appeared before the Council asking the setting
aside of a plat of ground in the Cemetery to be used as a War Veterans burying
ground.
Motion made by Hayman seconded by Westoott that the Council grant request,
details to be worked out later.
Mrs. Oakes and Mrs. Blatehley et al asked the Council to designate certain
streets to be used for driving sheep over and in motion Dunlap seconded by
Fouling same was referred to the Mayor, Park, and Fire Committees for investigation
Mrs. Weymouth et al requested change of Irrigation Ditch in alley back of her
property.
Motion by Hayman saconded by Pealing that resolution covering same be adopted.
Motion by Dunlap seconded by Moore.
That the Council reconsider action taken by Council on refusing permission
of Loop Sign Service. Carried.
Motion by Dunlap seconded by Ivtoore.
That request be allowed. Carried.
Minutes of last meetings read and on motion by Sutton seconded by Hayman same
were - approved es read.
The following bills against the City were presented and on motion by Sutton and
seconded by Hayman same were allowed.
Motion Westoott by Dunlap seconded by Pealing that the bid for bonds of Sewer
District No. 7 be rejected.
Motion by Hayman and seconded by Sutton that motion be tabled.
Ayes, Hayman, PQocre, Sutton, and Westcott.
Hayes Dunlap, Fouling.
Motion by Dunlap, seconded by Pealing,
That City Council reject all bide received for the construction of Sewer
District No. 7, because the plans for the disposal of said Sewer have been changed
from the plans originally adoptedby the Council. The plans now showing the outlet
to be the west and drain ditch.
Notion made and seconded by Sutton that motion be tabled.
Ayes, Hayman, Moore, Sutton and Westoott.

On motion by Hayman seconded by Sutton,L-----
The clerk was instructed to call for bids for rent of pasture lots 9 and 10.
Moved by Dunlap seconded by Fouling.
That Council adjourn.
Ayes, Dunlap, Fouling, Moore.
Hayes, Hayman Sutton, Westoott.
This resulting in a tie the Mayor voted PIo, motion lost.
Moved by Dunlap seconded by I I I Fouling that motion of Westoott be tabled.
