The Executive Session Meeting of the City Council was called to
order by Acting Mayor Al McCloskey.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members
present: Betts, Williams, Raymond, and Hopper. Absent: Carter.
(DISCUSSION REGARDING THE POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY)
The Acting Mayor explained to the City Council that this Executive
Session was called pursuant to 67-2345 of the Idaho Code for the
purpose of discussing the position of City Attorney.
After discussion, the Meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
