RESOLUTION By Peter Olesen, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AMERICA AND TEE CITY OF CALD FOR THE SUPPLYING OF CITY WATER T0, THE FEDERAL PUBLIC USFNG AUTHORITY FOR THE PROUECT IDENTIFIED AS IDA- 10115: WHEREAS, The City of Caldwell has heretofore entered into a lease with the Sted States of America, acting by the Federal Public Housing c6missioner, therein desig- ted "the Government ", dated Februnry 28, 1944, covering certain property in the City of ldwell, Idaho therein described, for a Defense Housing Project identified as Project IDA- 116; and WHEREAS, Said lessor d esires to enter into an agreement whereby the City of Cold - ll.will furnish to said project domestic water for use therein and has submitted to the yon and the Council of the City of Caldwell a contract entitled "Contract Between the ited States of America and the City of Caldwell for the Supplying of Water ", dated rch 20th, 1944, which contract has been presented to and approved by the Acting Mayor d the Council of the City of Caldwell; NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the Acting Mayor and the Council of the City of ldwell that Thurlow Bryant, Mayor of the City of Caldwell, be and he is hereby authorize d directed for and In behalf of the City of Caldwell to make and execute said agreement, ove mentioned. WHEREUPON it was moved by Councilman Peter Olesen, seconded by Councilman 0. L, ornock, that said resolution be adopted. The motion was unanimously carried and said solution adopted. Applicationafor Card Room License were read from Rummy House, Waldorf Cigar Store 1 Waters Cigar Store, the fee accompanyinge sch application. Moved by Olssen, seconded by Newman that these licenses be granted, Motion Pried. Applications for Pool Hall License were read from Waters Pool Hall and Waldorf iger Store, the fee accompanying each application. Moved by olesen, saoonded by Newman that these licenses be granted.
