It was voted on motion of wasteott, seconded Mumford, that the Resolution be adopted.

A motion was made by Oakes, seconded by %imbrough, that the bids be refavred to the old
Sprinkling Committee,00mpoeed of weateott,Rowland, and Bollman. The vote stood 3 to 3 with
Oakes,Aimbrough,and Mumford for it and westoott,Rowland, andBollman against, 80 the vote
being a tie the Mayor east the deciding Tote "Boll and declared' the m6tl4a to ®t.

The'Park Committee reported thathe leasing of bake loward had been given to John Baker
for the ensuing year.It was voted on motion of Mumford, seconded by Bollman, that the report
be adopted.
A petition signed by Yranois westfall and others, asking for a sidewalk on the South side
of Blaine between 20th and 21st was presented. It was voted on motion of Mumford, seconded
by Bollman, that the some be referred to the City Engineer.
Itwae voted anmotion of Bollman, seconded by Mumford, that the City Attorney prepare
a Resolution to be presented April loth, requiring the Caldwell Tractioneo, to repair the
line between Main and Artkur Streets on 7th Avenue.
It was voted on motion of Mudsfard that the matter of Hitch Raoks be referred to a commit-
tee of three. The ' appointed' %imbrough,Rowland, and Bollman.
