The Council met in regular seseion with Mayor Miller, presiding, 8ounoilmen,Bollman,Fimbrot Mumford,Oakes, and 8owland, preenet, and Westoott absent. Minutes of previous sessions were read and W.P.Balas offered to take dirt from old Water Tank,providing the City would take care of ti Oement.It was voted on motion of r4mbrough,'seconded by Bollmon. that the Mayor appoint a Cow of three with power to Rot-The Mayor 'appoint ad Bollman,8owland, and Westcott., Bill No.25 was read for the third time and the roll being called on the question as put by Mayor shill Bill No.25 pasel the result was as follows: _ Ayes; Bpllman,Kimbrough,U mford,Oakes, and Rowland. It Was voted on motion of Oakes, seconded by Rowland, that the City Attorney start action directing the Idaho Power Co. to install lights in the residences of the Applicants within the City in compliance with the provisions of Ordinances # 207 and 209. Mack Shore, repreeneting the American Legion, asked that the Legion be allowed to place a F Pole in Memorial Park in oebber of large area between Kimball and the sidewalk that rams diago through the Pask;that the Auxiliary to the Legion desired a space about 10 feet square around same for flowepe. It was voted on motion of Mumford,esoonded by Rowland, that the request be granted, It was voted on motion of Rowland, seconded by Mamford, that - the Oakes be empowered to thnde American Legion a Flag for thier Flag Pole.
