The Regular Monthly ^leeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the
City Hall, with the Mayor ^dgar L. Oakes, presiding.
on Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; M.F.Babeoek, C. 0. Me
annel, 0, "A. Stengel, W. B. gsndford, G. M. Fenrich and M.S. Sandmeyer.
The 71nutes of March 4th,llth, and 21st, were read dnd approved as read.
Mr. Frank Mumford and Mr. Thurlow Bryant, representing the College of Idaho ap-
peared_and requested permission to change the position of a house at 202 PT. Kimball so It
would face Albany Street. TMs matter was left on the table.
Yr. Sarrington, Manager of the Caldwell Sales Yard requested permission to rent
stalls, on the Sale mounds to fruit and vegetable peddlers. This matter was referred to
the City Attorney.
Ur. Hugh Caldwell and Yr. Anderson representing the Dines Coal Co., recuested
permission to erect storage: boxes for coal at suburban stores. This matter was referred
to the City Attorney,

wished to apply for a permit to remodel a residence at 811 Albany. This matter was left
on the table.

A petition signed by property owners was presented to the Mayor and Council
petitioning the widening of streets in the business district. After discussing this matte
it was moved by Stenzel teat the City Engineer be instructed to .apply for a boverment
project for widening Kimball Ave. Yotion ccrried.
Moved by FTandford, seconded by Babcock that the Police Department be instructed
to mark Kimball Avenue from the Railroad Tracks to Indian Creek for parvilel parking.
A Yea and Tray vote was had thereon with the follwoing result:
