ding.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; Thurlow Bryant, Wilbur
�nLan, F.E. Newman, Floyd Blunt, E.E. Fresher and C. 0. McD`nnel.
The Mayor informed the Council the meeting was called to meet with the T ^ndlin
lrothers and discuss the Airport Contract between the City of Caldwell and PJe!ll_in 7rothers.
After a thorough discussion it was movAd.by Frcd' s bond0c' jy . - -iryant that the
City Attorney-be instructed tb ^drv7z contract,ntd subahit same to the Mayor and Council
for their approval.

advertise to bids on bu to be constructed at Airport. Motion cnrriod.
There being no furthor - business to come before the Council. it - ran moved by blunt,
seconded by Prasher that Council adjourn, ]Motion carried.

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the
City Hall with the Mayor, H.R. McCluskey presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; Thurlow Bryant, Wilbur
Dakan, F.E. Newman, Floyd Blunt, E,E.Frasher and C. 0, McDAnnel.
The Miputes of March 1st, 17th., and 29th., were read and approved as read,
The Bills for March were read and on motion by Bryant, s econded by Dakan that
these Bills be allowed and Warrants be drawn for the various amounts all of which had been
approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Motion carried.
